We are a nonprofit organization singularly focused on providing reading assessment, reading intervention, and reading instruction to socio-economically disadvantaged children from K to Grade 2 to close the reading gap by Grade 3.

Our mission is to close the reading gap by ensuring children are reading at or above grade level by Grade 3.
OUR WORK
Reading To Be Ready offers children ages K to Grade 2 reading evaluation, reading intervention, and reading instruction. Reading To Be Ready prepares our children to be successful and lifelong learners.
OUR PROGRAM
Ready To Be Ready is a unique literacy program because we go beyond tutoring a child. Using research-based assessment we determine the underlying causes associated with reading difficulty. We are an intervention instructional program providing one-to-one and/or small group reading intervention instruction at a child’s instructional level. We instruct each child towards reaching their highest potential.
